The machine applies thickening frame and bottomplate and precision machining assembly. Eight-column guide rod is pressed forall sides. So the box can bear balanced stress comprehensively.

Hard chrome shaft with diameter of 40 is adopted forcompressing base of top box so as to achieve smooth sliding, accurate positionand firm and durable property.

The design of mould core applies rising structure offour sides at the same time. Rising strength is symmetrical and the size isaccurate. After rising, internal slider is at a flat position of step. Themachine can bear pressure of four sides completely and it will neither make thebox produce any deformation nor collapse. The rising size is 2.5MM of cartonare convenient. Besides, the machine has automatic returning box function. Theoperation is convenient and fast.

The external formwork of wine box with width of100MM-180MM*height of 200MM-320MM cannot be changed. The size can be adjusted.

The design of control circuit includes debuggingmachine. Working, manual and pedal status. Each group of cylinders can bestarted. Box pressing is delayed.
