主要機(jī)構(gòu)性能：
1、整臺(tái)機(jī)器按照高要求，可靠性功能而設(shè)計(jì)制造，整機(jī)操作人性化設(shè)計(jì)，能在短時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行設(shè)定、修正、執(zhí)行、更換、記憶功能，并以**數(shù)據(jù)顯示。
2、所有傳動(dòng)輥材質(zhì)均為**鋼，鍍硬鉻，表面研磨。
3、傳動(dòng)齒輪采用**合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理，研磨而成。
4、主要傳動(dòng)軸采用免鍵連接，減少連接間隙，保證印刷套印精度。
5、機(jī)油自動(dòng)平衡裝置，保持各單元油面平衡。
6、整機(jī)采用PLC控制，具有歸零，記憶等功能。(可選用PLC結(jié)合觸摸屏控制)
7、前緣式進(jìn)紙方式。
8、網(wǎng)輥，可選用金屬網(wǎng)輥或陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥，網(wǎng)輥線數(shù)可根據(jù)用戶要求選擇。
