一、主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點

I. Principal capability and stuctural features:

    袋長無需人工設(shè)定，設(shè)備運行中自動檢測，自動設(shè)定，雙變頻簡約機械結(jié)構(gòu)，易維護、磨損少，壽命長。

   The bag length is free of manual seting,the equipment may automatically detect and set the length.Simplified mechanic gearing,easy to maintain,little vibration,littlewear and long life.

   主控電路采用本公司研制的PLC,中英文顯示，變頻器控制，良好的人機界面，操作集中直觀、方便。

  The main control circuit takes PLC develop oped by our own company ,kigital screen display and controlled by transducer.Perfect inter face between operator and machine.integrated,direct adndconvenient operation.

   包裝速度和成袋長度采用雙變頻器控制。無級變速，調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬，可以與生產(chǎn)線的前道工序**匹配。

      The capacity and the length of bag take double frequency converter control with stepless speed shift and wide adjustment,it can match well with the former working procedure of production line.

   高感光電眼自動準確跟蹤。

     Hight sensitive respond photoelectric device can follow automatically and accurately.

   各封口溫度獨立控制，適合多種包裝材料，封口美觀牢固。

     Independent temperature control for each sealer to make the beautiful and tight sealing and suitable for a wide variety of flecible packing material.

二、適用范圍

    適用于肉脯、餅干、面包、月餅、糖果、藥品、日常用品、五金零件、紙盒或托盤等各類固態(tài)物體的包裝。

 II.Applications:

       Applicable for packing various solid regular objects,such as bsiscuits , bread, mooncake, candy, medicine, hardware or loaded by box/tray …etc.Any kind of products and so on.
